Council of Elders Videoconference Report

A special meeting of the Council of Elders (Council) was conducted via video conference. The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and opened with prayer. All 12 Council members and the Secretary were present.

Since the Council has not yet selected a replacement Council reporter after the untimely death of Shawn Cortelyou, Len Martin agreed to create this report.

The Council went into planned executive session at 2:02 p.m. to discuss three items. Two involved the process and transitioning of the office of president and the third item was to consider the manner of selecting men to serve as Council reporter.

The Council came out of executive session at 3:06 p.m., closed with prayer and adjourned.
