Chairman Webber called the final day's meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. EST and asked Bill Bradford to ask for God's blessing on the proceedings. He then introduced Carmelo Anastasi to present the Council of Elders 2014 Nominee Questionnaire for review and discussion on behalf of the Roles and Rules Committee.

Several questions on the form were discussed. Darris McNeely suggested forming questions that help reveal the nominee's skills working in a board meeting. Mark Mickelson suggested that a question should ask what a man's values are. He also expressed concern that the form should not be filled out like a work resume because those are based on self-promotion.

Roc Corbett suggested upon verifying that the form will not be needed until after the February meeting that the Council collaborate and write new questions for the form. Chris Rowland suggested that the form might better be generated by the GCE since they are the ones balloting on selections. Bill Bradford suggested a basic vita sheet and then only two or three prompting questions for the nominee to reveal himself through. The Council nominee form will go back to the Roles and Rules Committee for final editing at the February meeting.

The Council then entered executive session to discuss ordinations and discretionary retirement plan issues. After completing that work in an hour, open session reconvened. Chairman Webber led the Council in determining the timing of the first 2014 quarterly meeting which will, God willing, take place at the home office from Feb. 24-27 (there will be no retreat session attached to these meetings). After establishing the next meeting's dates the move was made and approved to enter executive session, and the remainder of the meetings dealt with legal and personnel updates related to Latin America and Africa.

The meetings adjourned shortly before 2:00 p.m. to allow council members to make flight connections back home.
